正交设计法优选痛经贴的乙醇渗漉提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的优选痛经贴的乙醇渗漉提取工艺条件。方法以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、浸泡时间、渗漉速度为因素,以汉黄芩素提取率为评价指标,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量,用L9(34)表进行正交实验。结果优选工艺条件为以10倍量50%乙醇为溶剂,浸泡36h,渗漉速度10mL/(m in.kg)。结论优选工艺提取效果理想。 Objective To optimize the condition for extracting technology for Ethanol percolating for dysmenorrheal Patch. Method The extracting rate of wogonin was chosen as the evaluation index, was determined by HPLC and table L9 (3^4) was used to do orthogunal design experiment, in which the concentration of alcohol, the volume of solvent, the percolating speed and the time of soaking were selected as influencing factors. Results The optimum extraction condition was that immersing the medicinal materials with 50% alcohol for 36h, then was percolated with 10 times amount of 50% alcohol and the percolating speed was 10 mL/(min · kg). Conclusion The extracted effect is very preferable by using this technology.
