寻常痤疮皮肤人β防御素-2的表达及意义

Expression and significancy of human β defencin-2 in skin of acne vulgaris

目的:研究寻常痤疮患者皮肤β防御素-2(hBD-2)的表达情况及丹参酮治疗对其的影响。方法:用免疫组化方法检测40例寻常痤疮患者皮损及非皮损部位hBD-2的表达水平,观察其在丹参酮治疗前、后的变化,同时记录皮损情况及不良反应等,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果:丹参酮治疗寻常痤疮效果良好,副作用少。在寻常痤疮患者皮损处hBD-2的表达显著增强,与非皮损部位及正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);丹参酮治疗后皮损好转,局部hBD-2表达减弱,但仍明显高于非皮损部位(P<0.05);治疗前、后非皮损部位hBD-2的表达水平没有明显变化,与正常对照组比较差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:hBD-2在寻常痤疮皮损部位的表达显著增加,并随着炎症的减轻而下调,提示其参与痤疮的发病过程。

Objective： To investigate the expression of human 13 defencin-2 （hBD-2） in skin of acne vulgaris and effects of Tanshinone therapy. Methods：To detect the expression of hBD-2 in the lesional skin and nonlesional skin of acne vulgaris by immunohistochemistry before and after Tanshinone therapy, changes of the lesions and side effects were also documented. Results： Tanshinone has favorable effects on acne vulgaris patients. The expression level of hBD-2 in lesional skin of acne vulgaris was elevated significantly, comparing with the non-lesional skin and normal controls. After Tanshinone therapy, the expression in lesional skin was down-regulated while the lesions improved, but still higher than non-lesional skin. Tanshinone therapy had no effects on the expression of hBD-2 in non-lesional skin. Conclusion ： The expression of hBD-2 in lesional skin of acne vulgaris was up-regulated significantly, and decreased as the lesions get better, which indicates hBD-2 takes part in the pathogenesis of acne vulgaris.
