司帕沙星和左氧氟沙星对豚鼠心电图QT间期的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察司帕沙星(sparfloxacin,SPX)和左氧氟沙星(levofloxacin,LVFX)对豚鼠心电图QT间期的影响。方法:豚鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的SPX和LVFX后,使用BL-410生理软件记录心电图Ⅱ导联中QT间期的变化。结果:SPX和LVFX引起的QT间期延长,具有剂量依赖性,当剂量为50 mg/kg时,SPX和LVFX均无明显的延长QT间期的作用;当剂量为100 mg/kg时,SPX引起QT间期延长,LVFX不引起QT间期延长;当剂量为200 mg/kg时,SPX和LVFX均引起QT间期延长。结论:SPX和LVFX 2种药物在低剂量时都不表现心脏副作用,但随剂量增加,都有引起QT间期延长的潜在危险,两者相比,LVFX较为安全。 Objective: To observe the influence of sparfloxacin (SPX) and levofloxacin (LVFX) on QT interval of guinea pig ECG. Methods: Various doses (high, moderate, and low levels) of SPX or LVFX was respectively given by intraperitoned to anesthetic guinea pigs. Before and after the drug administration ECG was detected with the BL-410 physiological software, are QT interval in the lead 11 was measured and analyzed. Results: Both SPX and LVFX elongated the QT interval in a dose-dependent way. At 50 mg/kg (low) level, SPX and LVFX appeared no obvious influence on QT interval. At 100 mg/kg (moderate) level, SPX but not LVFX exerted the elongating influence. At 200 mg/kg (high) level, both SPX and LVFX expanded the QT interval significantly. Conclusion : Higher dose of SPX or LVFX might prolong the QT interval, and the influence of SPX is of more possibility than that of LVFX.
