后路复位椎弓根钉内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症33例疗效分析

Posterior reduction and internal fixation with pedicle screw in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis: observation of 33 cases

目的：探讨腰椎滑脱症的手术治疗方法。方法：2004年12月-2007年6月对33例Ⅱ～Ⅲ度的腰椎滑脱症患者采用腰椎管减压、内固定复位、横突间植骨或横突间植骨加Cage手术进行治疗，比较手术前、后临床症状和X线片滑脱复位程度。结果：术后平均随访12个月，25例症状完全消失，5例症状基本消失，优良率为90．91％，29例解剖复位，解剖复位率达87．88％。结论：后路复位椎弓根钉内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症效果较好，值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the surgical method for lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods： From December 2004 to June 2007 , 33 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis in grade Ⅱ～Ⅲ were treated with lumbar spinal canal decompression, internal fixation and reduction, ing plus Cage operation. Compared clinical symptoms intertransverse bone grafting and X-ray before and after , and intertransverse bone graftsurgery. Results： Follow-up of average 12 months showed that primary symptoms disappeared completely in 25 of 33 cases, symptoms vanished basically in 5 cases, and the excellent rate was 90.91% . 29 eases had anatomical reduction with the rate of anatomical reduction as 87.88%. Conclusion ： It is effective method to treat lumbar spondylolisthesis by posterior reduction and internal fixation with pedicle screw, and it is valuable for clinical therapy.
