摘要 目的:探讨电子计算机断层扫描(CT)对诊断小量脑出血的意义。方法:选择20例误诊为脑梗死,后经CT确诊为小量脑出血的病例,对其资料进行分析。结果:CT证实脑内不同部位有小量出血灶,血肿最小0.5 mL,最大7.4 mL。结论:小量脑出血仅根据临床表现很难做出诊断,尽早行脑CT是确诊的关键。 Objective: To discuss the significance of CT imagines in the diagnosis of mild cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 20 cases of CT imagines verified mild cerebral hemorrhage which were misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results: Mild hematoma ranged from 0.5 mL to 7.4 mL volumes in different parts of the cerebra were detected by CT imagines. Conclusion : As it is not easy to diagnose mild cerebral hemorrhage according to clinical manifestations, CT scan should be performed as soon as possible in order to make definite diagnosis.
