山豆根多糖对免疫抑制模型小鼠免疫器官指数和自由基相关酶活性的影响 被引量:35

Effects of Sophora subprostrate polysaccharide on related enzyme activity of free radicals and immune organ index in immunosuppressed mice

摘要 为观察对免疫抑制小鼠自由基产生相关酶活性的影响,用地塞米松(Dex)为免疫抑制剂建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,分别以3种剂量的山豆根多糖(SSP)(50、100和200 mg.kg-1)腹腔注射,测定胸腺和脾脏的器官指数和组织匀浆中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GP)的活性。试验结果表明:SSP能极显著提高脾脏指数(P<0.01),显著降低脾脏中MPO活性(P<0.05)、胸腺中XO活性(P<0.05),显著提高胸腺中GP活性(P<0.05)。提示:SSP通过改变机体内自由基相关酶的活性来影响体内自由基的产生和清除能力,使机体免疫器官免受过氧化损伤,拮抗Dex所致的免疫抑制,增强机体的免疫功能。 The study was carried out to investigate the effects of Sophora subprostrate polysacchafide (SSP) on immune function and activities of myeloperoxidase (MPO), xanthine oxidase (XO) and glutathion peroxidase (GP) in thymus and spleen of mice treated with dexamethasone (Dex) in vivo hypodermic injection alone or together respectively with SSP at 3 doses of 50, 100 and 200 mg · kg^-1. The result showed that SSP significantly improved the spleen index (P 〈 0. 01 ), had actions to decrease activities of MPO in spleen ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and XO in thymus ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and increased the activity of GP ( P 〈 0. 05 ) significantly. The findings suggested that SSP could play an antioxidation activity by regulating activities of the enzymes which involved in production and elimination of free radicals in immunosuppressed mice.
