摘要
采用C-D生产函数理论方法定量分析了水能资源投入对国民经济增长的贡献率。结果表明,全国经济规模的发展速度大于水能资源规模的开发速度,在中国发展水平较低的情况下水能资源作为基本要素的投入很难被资金与劳动力要素有效代替,水能资源投入对第二产业增长的平均贡献率为6.66%、对GDP增长的平均贡献率为3.08%,为国家水电开发及制定宏观经济提供决策。
Author applies C-D production function to discuss contribution rate of hydropower resource, and finds that： the speed of the economic scale development of the country is higher than that of hydropower resource; at the present level of china, hydropower resource is a kind of element that can not be replaced by capital and labors; average contribution rate of hydropower resource to the second industry growth is 6.66%, average contribution rate of hydropower resource to GDP growth is 3.08%.
