摘要
针对一般事件记录仅能做到秒级的分辨率且不能分出事件先后顺序给事故分析带来的困扰,介绍了以ms级分辨率获取信息的事件顺序记录(SOE)功能在回龙电站的实现,阐述了SOE软硬件构成、模块编程及功能实现过程,并提出了扩展和改进建议。实例证明,SOE实现了事件顺序自动记录功能,为事故分析提供了有力证据,成为分析事故的主要记录手段,时间精度1 ms。该系统为实现电站自动化有效可行,可供借鉴。
Because the general event recording can only have second-class resolution and could not give an order of the accident that is a trouble to make accident analysis in sequence, this article introduces the function achievement of Sequence of Event (SOE) Recording that uses the ms-resolution to obtain information in Huilong Power Station, expounds hardware and software composition and implementation process of module programming and function achievement of the SOE and proposes the expansion and improvement suggestion. Example proves: SOE achieves the function of events recording in sequence automatically, and provide strong evidence for accident analysis, it becomes the main record means of accident analysis, and the time accuracy is 1 ms. The system is feasible and effective for the realization of power plant automation, and is available for reference.
