摘要
为更好地分析变电站相关故障对输电系统可靠性的影响,改进了断路器与母线的可靠性模型,建立了变电站主接线的端口可靠性等效模型。充分考虑了继电保护装置故障、母线短路故障及倒闸操作的影响,并根据变电站主接线各端口与输电系统的可靠性逻辑关系对后者的可靠性参数进行修正。对带有三种不同接线形式变电站的RBTS可靠性测试系统进行了可靠性分析计算,表明了该方法的有效性。
This paper presents a simplified method by modifying reliability parameters of transmission system to have a better result about the effect of the substation originated outages in the reliability evaluation of the transmission system. Modified Markov models of breaker and bus are illustrated. A terminal reliability equivalent model of substation configuration is used to conduct the reliability of substation configuration, and the results of three different bus schemes of the RBTS system by using this method have examined the validity.
