摘要
国内对图书馆用户权益的理论研究始于上世纪90年代,目前该领域已经成为图书馆用户研究的热点之一。本文从图书馆用户权益的定义和内容,如何保障用户权益,用户权益与相关法律、用户权益与图书馆权益的关系等几方面进行梳理和总结。
The studies on the rights and interests of library users began in China in 1990s. Now it has become one of the hot topics in the study field of library users. In this review, the authors analyze and summarize the rights and interests of library users in various aspects including definition, content, how-to-ensure, the relationship between rights and interests of library users and relative laws, and the relationship between rights and interests of users and those of libraries.
