摘要
提出了熔炼热风炉自动控制系统的设计方案,介绍了系统的组成和控制策略。设计了一种模糊PID控制器,提高了鼓风炉的风口区温度控制的稳定性。系统保证了有色金属的高回收率,达到了减排增效的目的,具有较高的经济效应和实用价值。
The paper presents a scheme of automatic control system for hot - blast stove in melting process and introduces the system component and control strategy in detail. Designing a fuzzy - PID controller is used to solve the unstable temperature in the windy area of blast furnace. It improves stability of temperature control in the windy area of blast furnace. In this system the recovery of nonferrous metals is insured. The purpose of decreasing discharge and increasing beneficial result is realized. It has high economic effectiveness and practical value.
