摘要
以太网在数控系统数字接口中的运用是一个趋势,但通用的以太网芯片应用于数控系统数字接口通信稳定性未见报道。该文采用通用的以太网芯片DM9000E,通过模拟SERCOS协议实验,模拟系统在通信周期大于250μs时都可以稳定运行,结果表明通用以太网芯片也可以满足数控系统数字接口的要求。
Ethernet is a tendency in numerical control system digital interface utilization, but the stability of general Ethernet chip used in the numerical control system digital interface communication has not been reported yet. The general Ethernet chip DM9000E is used, and the experiment is conducted to imitate SERCOS protocol. The system is stable when the communication cycle is set more than 250 μs in the experiment. The result shows that the general Ethernet chip also may meet the requirement of the numerical control system digital interface.
