本研究认为,在技术范式竞争时期,竞争企业将面对不确定的产品技术和市场需求的运营环境,而这一运营环境将使竞争企业陷入合作交易成本增加和合作交易中资源不能有效获得的运营困境。由此竞争企业将通过网络集群来使自己脱离这些困境,因为网络集群可以使竞争企业之间的合作产生信任关系,由此可降低交易成本和获得交易资源,并实现运营绩效。

At the technology paradigm competition stage, enterprises will face the indefinite operational environment of product technology and the market. This operational environment will cause enterprises to fall into the difficult position of cooperation transaction cost increase and resources cannot be obtained effectively. Therefore, enterprises will let themselves be separated from these difficult positions by the network cluster. The network cluster can help enterprises＇ cooperation to have the trusting relationship. So that the transaction cost may reduce, enterprises can obtain the transaction resources, and operation achievements can be realized.
