摘要
本文以江苏省南通市2600份调查问卷为基础对科技人员激励因素偏好进行了统计分析。研究表明,收入、学历层次与单位性质对科技人员激励因素偏好有影响;收入越高,科技人员对金钱财富的偏好程度越低,对业务成就和个体成长的偏好程度越高;学历越高,科技人员对金钱财富偏好程度越低,对个体成长的偏好程度越高;企业单位科技人员相对比较重视个体成长和业务成就,政府部门科技人员相对更重视金钱财富。根据分析,文章提出了若干激励科技人员的政策建议。
In this paper,we studied STP's incentives preferences based on the 2600 questionnaires in the area of Nantong in Jiangsu Province.Research shows that:(1)income,education levels and nature of work units affect the STP's incentives preferences,(2)The higher the income,the lower the money wealth and the higher business success and growth of individual STP will prefer,(3)The higher the education level,the lower the money wealth and the higher growth of individual STP will prefer,(4)STP in enterprises attach importance to individual growth and business success,and in government departments attach more importance to money wealth.According to the analysis,this paper made a number of policy recommendations encouraging STPs.
