摘要
以从事共建实体合作创新的210名知识员工为被试对象,对共建实体模式下企业合作创新中知识转移影响因素、协调机制和知识转移效果之间关系的进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:知识特性、组织学习、合作情景和组织管理等知识转移影响因素对知识转移效果的直接效应与间接效应同时存在,总效应都非常显著。知识转移影响因素对知识转移效果直接影响作用较小,其中合作均衡和默会性对知识转移效果的直接作用最为不明显;而协调机制在知识转移影响因素与知识转移效果之间的中介作用非常显著,其中协调机制在学习动机、合作均衡和激励对知识转移效果的影响中中介效用最为明显。
This paper examines the relationships among knowledge transfer affecting factors,coordination mechanism and knowledge transfer effect in co-build mode of enterprises cooperation innovation.Knowledge transfer affecting factors include four factors: characteristic of knowledge transferred,organization learning,characteristic of cooperate context and organization management.The sample of the study has 210 knowledge workers.The research indicates that:(1) knowledge transfer affecting factors not only has direct affection but also has indirect affection on knowledge transfer effect through coordination mechanism.And the total effects are all very obvious.(2) knowledge transfer affecting factors has direct affect on knowledge transfer effect.And the affect of cooperative equilibrium and implicit of knowledge is a little.(3) concerted mechanism has a very obvious medieffect between knowledge transfer affecting factors and knowledge transfer effect.And the midieffect on learning motivation,cooperative equilibrium and incentive are most obvious.
