有机铬对糖尿病小鼠肝脏琥珀酸脱氢酶的影响

摘要 目的:观察有机铬对链脲佐霉素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠的作用,探讨有机铬对糖尿病作用的机制和有效剂量。方法:用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法建立小鼠糖尿病模型,分别以高、中、低剂量富铬酵母和西药二甲双胍进行干预,实验期为4周,每周末尾静脉检测空腹血糖值,实验结束检测肝脏组织琥珀酸脱氢酶活性。结果:各治疗组小鼠的血糖水平显著降低,肝脏组织琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性在富铬酵母中剂量时与糖尿病模型组对比有更为显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:富铬酵母可以改善实验性糖尿病小鼠的糖代谢,可以用来辅助预防和治疗糖尿病,其降低血糖的作用其机制之一可能是直接或间接提高了葡萄糖氧化分解酶的活性。 Objective: To observe the effect of organic Cr on artificial diabetic mice by STZ and investigate its mechanism and curative dose. Methods: A model of artificial diabetic mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of high, midium and low dose of chromium-enriched yeast and metformin for 4 weeks. Fasting blood sugar was examined every week through caudalis, succinic dehydrogenase activity was detected in liver tissue by the end of experiment. Results: The blood sugar level reduced significantly in chromium enriched yeast and metformin treatment group. The succinic dehydrogenase activity in liver tissue was significant different in chromium enriched yeast and metformin treatment group and artificial diabetes group ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion: Chromium-enriched yeast and metformin can improve glycometabolism in artificial diabetic mice by increasing the activity of enzymes in glucose oxidase decomposition directly or indirectly, which may be of its mechanisms, and therefore, can be used in adjunctive therapy for diabetes.
