摘要
我国民营医院发展现状不容乐观,其中诚信缺失是当前最为突出的问题。诚信缺失的原因错综复杂,如法律体系不健全、违法违规风险低、现行政策不公平、人才机制不完善、内部管理不规范等。结合西方发达国家在医院管理方面的一些做法,提出一些有针对性的建议。
Trust loss had become the main problem for private hospitals development in our country. Trust loss had complicated reasons such as poor law system, low risk to violate laws and regulations, inequitable policies, poor human resources mechanism, internal management without standard and so on. I provided some suggestions by introduce hospital management in developed countries.
