湖南旅游经济区域非均衡增长的系统分析

Systematic Analysis on Unbalanced Development of Tourism Industry in Hunan

由于旅游经济的增长受制于资源禀赋、客源市场、社会经济发展水平等因素,湖南的旅游经济发展在空间上呈现非均衡增长的特点。2000～2007年间,其总体发展趋势是绝对差异不断扩大,相对差异在波动中逐渐缩小;通过对区域旅游经济发展差异的地区构成进行分解,发现长株潭、环洞庭湖、大湘西、大湘南和湘中五大旅游区之间的差异以及长株潭和大湘西两大旅游区内部的差异是造成湖南旅游经济非均衡增长的主要原因:对旅游经济发展水平与其产业地位对比分析,发现两者表现出明显的分异性,从而进一步证明湖南旅游经济发展更多的受少数较发达地区的带动,区域旅游经济发展不平衡性相当严重。

With the development of tourism industry in Hunan, the tourism economy has accomplished a big scale. Because tourism＇s growth is restrained by the resources condition, the source of tourists market and the area social economy level of development, the tourism economic appears non-balanced structure. Using systematic methods, this paper analyzes the regional disparities. It leads the result that the disparity is great. Although the relative disparity is becoming smaller, the absolute disparity is becoming larger. The dis- parity is decomposed, the result shows that inter-regional disparities and intra-regional disparities in Chang-Zhu-Tan Area and the Western Hunan are primary causes. The relation between regional tourism economy and tourism industrial status shows that a small number of cities leads the tourism development of Hunan, the non-balanced growth has been further proved.
