大鼠脑出血血肿周围神经细胞的另类死亡方式——胀亡

摘要 目的通过建立大鼠脑出血动物模型观察脑出血后血肿周围神经细胞胀亡时程表达变化。方法48只大鼠随机分为两组:脑出血组和对照组,脑出血组尾状核注入自体血50μL,对照组注入等量生理盐水。分别于6h、24h、2d、3d、5d、7d后处死,根据Rosenberg评分对各组大鼠进行评分,电镜下观察神经细胞胀亡及凋亡形态学变化并计数胀亡神经元。结果脑出血组大鼠神经功能评分24h最高,血肿周围存在胀亡神经元,且胀亡指数24h达高峰,以后逐渐下降,与对照组相比有统计学差异。结论脑出血后存在神经细胞胀亡,且有一定时空变化规律。 Purpose To explore neuron oncosis around hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats.Methods 48 adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: intracerebral hemorrhage group (group A),sham group (group B). Group A were injected autologous arterial blood into caudate nuclear, then the two groups were subdivided into 6 groups according to various time after operation(6h,24h,2d,3d,5d,7d).The neural function scores were assessed using the method of Rosenberg, the pathological changes of neuron around hematoma were observed and calculated oncotic index, observed the changes of oncosis with time and space.Results The neural function scores were the f highest in 24h after intracerebral hemorrhage, there were neuron oneosis and apoptosis coexisted around hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats, oncotic index reached the peak at 24 hours,then decreased gradually.There were significant difference among the two groups.Conclusions Neuron oncosis coexisted around hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats,and oncosis changed with time and space.
