强力天麻杜仲丸治疗脑梗死血液粘度的变化

The Changes of Blood Viscosity in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Treated with Qiangli Tianma Duzhong Pill

目的了解脑梗死患者使用中药强力天麻杜仲丸治疗后对血液粘度及凝血系统影响。方法对53例脑梗死患者治疗30d后全血粘度、血浆粘度和凝血指标Fg、PT、APTT进行观察。结果使用强力天麻杜仲丸治疗后，血液粘度高切、低切、血浆粘度、Fg明显降低，PT、APTT时间延长。结论现代中药强力天麻杜仲丸对脑梗死患者的全血粘度和血浆粘度以及凝血指标是有一定的改善效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of the traditional Chinese drug named Qiangli Tianma Duzhong Pill on the whole blood viscosity and coagulation system in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and thromboxane index（ Fg. PT, APTT） of 53 patients with cerebrai infarction were detected after the treatment with Qiangli Tianma Duzhong Pill for 30 days.Results After patients were treated with Qiangli Tianma Duzhong Pill,whole blood high shear and low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen significantly decreased; routine coagulation PT,APTT were significantly longer than that before treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion The traditional Chinese drug named Qiangli Tianma Duzhong Pill can improve the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and thromboxane index in patients with cerebral infarction.
