摘要
听力在大学英语教学中起着非常重要的作用。中国大学生具备一定的英语基础,但听力却一直是最薄弱的环节。这主要是由于英语教学管理方面存在教学安排不合理、教材选用不适当、教学方法不得当等问题;学生存在学习态度不积极,语言知识不扎实,文化背景知识不丰富,听力技巧不掌握等问题。针对这些问题,大学英语教学应合理设计教学,采用多样化的教学方法,改变学生的学习习惯,使其由被动学习变为主动学习,增加学生对英语文化的了解,并培养学生正确的听力习惯,从而提高大学英语听力教学的水平。
Listening plays a very important role in English study. College students' listening is not as their reading. This has something to do with English education management and students themselves, poor schedule, poor choice of text books, inefficient teaching method, students' attitude towards good as such as English study, their basic linguistic skills, lack of a knowledge of English culture and listening skills as well. This paper mainly focuses on the problems found in listening practice, which are related both to the teaching management and students' attitude towards English study, as well as the possible solutions by improving teaching procedures, election of text books, teaching methods etc, aiming at improving learner's listening.
