摘要
从理论上分析了热敏元件对气敏元件的温度补偿原理，根据气敏元件的灵敏度温度特性，推算出了构成低温漂复合元件所需满足的条件，并阐述了它们在实验中的可行性。
The function of temperature compensation of the thermal sensor in the gas/thermal sensor is theoretically analyzed. Based on the temperature sensitivity characteristic, the necessary conditions for the low temperature shift gas/thermal sensors are worked out.(2 refs )
