Suggestions on Converting Overhead Power Lines into Underground in Chongqing Urban Zone

从政策导向入手,分析国内外城市电力架空线下地现状,结合重庆市主城区110～220kV线路现存问题,提出电网规划要有超前意识,要结合市政建设、积极争取政策支持,开展架空线路与电缆线路的技术经济比较,学习发达城市电网建设经验,成立电缆线路联合工作组,加强对220kV电缆线路的运行管理等建议。

The author, on the basis of analyzing the present state of urban overhead power lines in and out of China and the existing problems of 110 -220kV lnes in Chongqing urban area, proposes that the power plan need go advance over time, the local government support is very important, the urban overhead power lines construction must go with the municipal one ,the economic and technological comparison between overhead and cable lines must be made, other advanced experience be learned, and the operation management be enhanced.
