摘要
2008年12月31日,新疆阿勒泰地区在网上公开官员财产,这在全国尚属首次。这一举动,对推动我国的官员财产公开立法进程具有重大意义。虽然此次官员财产公开申报的范围和对象进一步扩大,申报的形式趋于完善,却也存在许多不足。如不及时纠正,就有可能最终颠覆官员财产公开的本身价值,使之名存实亡。
On December 31 , in 2008 , it ventilated official possessions on line in Xinjiang Ataile region , that was the first time for the whole country . It is significant for prodding the legislation process of ventilating official possessions in our country . Although the spectrum and object of its declaration have been further expanded , and the declaration form goes onto improvement , there still exists many issues . it is possible that eventually will depreciate its value and make it exist in name only , if don＇t timely.resolve these problems .
