信息传播与民族语言文字发展:以土族地区为例

本文以土族聚居、土语使用较广泛的互助土族自治县使用和发展土语、试行《土文草案》(1979年创制)、开办土语广播电视等情况为例,阐述了信息传播与民族语言文字使用之间的紧密关系,指出民族聚居社区需要以有线广播为主的信息传播、信息传播需要语言文字使用和发展,并就如何使两者相辅相成提出了建议。

this paper exemplified the case of using and developing Tu ethnic language ,trying out the 《Tu language draft》 ,and of launching Tu language broadcast and TV in the Huzhu Tu ethnic autonomic county for which the Tu ethnic living together and Tu language is being used more extensively , explicated about the close relation between information propagation and national language use , pointed out that the national community needs information propagation that lineate broadcast is prioritized , and that the information propagation needs using and developing language , and put forward propositions on how to make the two to supplement each other.
