基于模糊分类分析法的库存管理模式在港口作业材料管理中的应用

A storage control model used in management of operation materials of port based on fuzzy classification

结合ABC分类法与模糊分类分析法构建一个同时考虑库存项目的成本因素和非成本因素的二维库存管理法,可同时处理名目与非名目变量属性,并将管理者的经验加入到库存项目的分类中,改进了传统的ABC分类法,容易实施。以某港堆场库存作业物资为研究对象,对库存项目进行分类,并提出适当的库存管理建议。

This paper proposes a planer inventory control approach which considers the cost factor and non-cost factor of inventory items by combing ABC classification and fuzzy classification,which can handle variables with either nominal or non-nominal attributes,incorporate manager′s experience into inventory classification,and improve the ABC classification.Moreover,it can be implemented easily.Based on the operation materials in yard of a port,we classify the inventory items and propose proper suggestions for inventory control by use of the approach proposed in this paper.
