云南省公安民警心理健康现状调查

A Survey of Yunnan Police Mental Health Status

本研究采用《SCL-90症状自评量表》对云南省境内昆明、楚雄、大理、怒江、保山、思茅、临沧、丽江、迪庆、曲靖共10个地区的公安民警进行心理健康状况调查。结果发现:(1)云南省公安民警的心理健康水平低于全国正常成人水平,一半还多的民警(58.60%)出现了各种心理症状,近24%的民警在至少一种心理症状上已达到中等严重程度。(2)云南省公安民警出现比例较高的心理症状有强迫症状、躯体化症状、敌意症状、抑郁症状、偏执症状、焦虑症状。(3)性别、年龄、警种、家庭月收入、地区等变量对民警心理健康状况有一定影响。

This survey studies the Mental Health status of police in the following ten places of Yunnan, Kunming, Chuxiong, Dali, the Nu River, Baoshan, Simao, Lincang, Lijiang and Qujing. The results showed that ： （ 1 ） The level of police mental health in Yunnan Province is lower than the normal national level of adult, more than half of the police （58.60%） appeared a variety of psychological symptoms, nearly 24 percent of the police have Moderate extent psychologieal symptoms. （2） The psychological symptoms highly appearing among Ynnnan police include obsessive - eompulsive symptoms, somatization symptom, hostility symptom, depression symptoms, paranoia symptom and anxiety symptom. （3） gender, age, police category, family income, region, and other variables have a certain influence on the mental health of police.
