With the the rapid spread of AIDS virus in worldwide, how to quickly block the spread of virus in a variety of channels has become the great concern of government, social organizations, scientific research centers, policy - makers and other departments. In this paper, it lists some effective measures taken in some countries, aiming to give references to the relevent departments in carrying out effective prevention activities in practice.
