论公安院校警务化管理与人性化管理的关系

A discussion of the Relationship Between Strict Police Management and Humane Management in Public Security Institutions

目前一些公安院校在学生管理中存在着对学生管理的重要性认识不足,对学生管理的规律缺乏研究、管理缺少针对性、特色,管理方法简单、重处罚轻教育等问题。在严格管理的前提下缺乏人性化管理,一味强调学生的服从,势必使学生处于被动接受、勉强服从的境地,不利于学生的个性发展。而面对复杂的公安实战,更多的需要学员具有优秀的心理素质、人性化管理手段、灵活处事的策略、热情服务的心态。因此,在"严"字当头的学生管理上如何处理好严格管理与人性化管理二者之间的关系,是本文重点关注的问题。

At present, there exist some problems of student management in public security institutions, such as lack of the importance of student management, lack of research on the law of student management, lack specific characteristics in student management, simple way for management, stress of heavy punishment at the expense of education. The strict police management lacks human management and stresses students＂ obedience, which is bound to lead students＂ passive and reluctant acceptance and is helpless for the development of the students＂ personality. Facing the complex real fighting of public security, students need more excellent psychological quality, humane means of management, more flexibility and warm service mentality. As a result, the focus of this article is how to deal with the relationship between strict management and humane management
