中国区际警务合作模式的探析

区际警务合作是区际刑事司法协助的重要组成部分,本文从四个方面对中国区际警务合作模式作了探讨。一是区际警务合作的概念、法律属性及特征;二是阐述了区际警务合作的基本原则,即一国两制原则,平等互利、相互尊重原则,有效惩治犯罪原则等;第三部分主要论述的是区际警务合作的主要内容,包括犯罪情报信息交流、缉捕和移送犯罪嫌疑人、委托调查取证、赃款赃物的追缴和移交等;第四部分主要是探讨区际警务合作的模式,并对构建中国区际警务合作的新模式提出了一些建议。
