关于警察教育培训改革的探讨

目前,全国的警察教育培训改革已经拉开了序幕,各警察院校也正积极思考改革的方式、模式和步骤。此时,对改革的方向、模式、内容、管理方式、培训目标、课程设置等问题的深入研究尤其具有重要的理论和现实意义。比较分析以美国、英国、澳大利亚为典型的西方警察培训模式和中国现行的学历教育模式的利弊,从而提出中国警察教育培训改革面临的问题,并从理论联系实际出发,借鉴国内外经验,提出警察教育培训改革适应经济社会和谐发展的建议。

At present, the national police education and training reform has started, and all the institutions actively consider the reform of the manner, mode and steps. At this point, it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the reform direction, models, content, management, training objectives, curriculum and other issues in - depth. The paper compares the advantages and disadvantages between in Western police training patterns of United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Chinag current mode of education with record of formal schooling, and put forward the problems in training reform. It also proposes that training reform should adapt to economic and social harmonious development by drawing on experience at home and abroad.
