The Building of the Police Professionalization in View of the Increasing Rate of Assaulting Police Officers with Violence

警察职业的特殊性决定了伤亡事件的不可避免,近来暴力袭警事件频繁发生,伤亡人数居高不下,从法律制度、社会公众、公安机关内部、民警自身方面研究引发暴力袭警的诱发因素,进而研究警察的职业化建设。

The occupational particularity of police officers results in inevitable happening of accidents. Recently assaulting police officers with violence are frequent occurred, and casualties are high. The paper discusses causing factors from the perspective of legal system, the public , the public security organs, and the police officers＇their own study, in order to study the construction of the police professionalization.
