摘要
"控制下交付"是目前打击跨国、跨地区违禁品犯罪十分有效的一项特殊侦查措施,在司法实践中发挥着重要作用。从理论上讲,"控制下交付"既是一种秘密侦查手段,同时又是一种综合性的侦查措施,因而在实施时必须遵循一定的原则。
Controlled delivery is a very special and effective investigative measure to fight against transnational and trans - regional contraband crime and it plays an important role in judicial practice. In theory, controlled delivery is a secret investigative technique as well as a comprehensive detection measure which must follow principle when implement.
