摘要
沈阳油田在使用JNS型减载器过程中,出现了下冲程抽油杆与驴头不同步、减载活塞砂卡、减载器与下部油管连接困难、脱接器脱不开等问题,针对这些问题进行了原因分析,并制定了改进措施,通过优化设计、结构改进,提高了施工成功率,2007年应用7口井,施工成功率100%。
During the application of the pumping lightening appliance, there appeared such problems in Shenyang Oilfield as asynchronous run between the sucker rod and the horsehead in the down stroke, lightening piston stick, linking difficulty between lightening appliance and lower tubing, releasing & connecting device' s failure in releasing. In order to solve these problems, researchers analyze reasons and make improvement measures. Design optimization and improvement of lightening appliance structure increase operation success rate. Operation successes rate reaches to 100% when it is applied in seven oil wells in 2007.
