摘要 随着油田开发深入,小井眼数量不断增加。为了进一步提高小井眼井的开发效果,对于钻遇在低渗透储层和产量未达到经济开采指标的小井眼油井,必然面临压裂改造的问题。吐哈油田组织了Φ89mm套管小井眼压裂工艺技术研究,完成了Y341-70封隔器工具研制和改进,配套了井下工艺管柱,优化了压裂施工工艺,并完成了6井次现场试验,并顺利施工,见到良好增液、增油效果。 With the further development of the oilfield, the numbers of the slim hole increase gradually. In order to further improve development effects of the slim holes, fracturing construction is necessitated when drilling the slime holes takes place in low permeability reservoir and the economic recovery target of the slim holes cant realize. The study on fracturing technology of the slim holes with φ89 mm is carried out in Tuha oilfield, Y341 -70 packer's development and improvement is implemented , downhole string is equipped, fracturing operation technologies are optimized. Six field tests have been completed, with smooth running and good effects of increasing fluid and oil.
