摘要
自1996年第一代即时通信软件开发到如今,十几年的时间,IM发展迅猛,其用户数量也不断增多,到2011年,即时通信工具将取代声音、视频和文本,成为工作人群主要沟通方式。预计2013年,领先跨国公司95%的职员将把即时通信软件作为他们实时沟通交流的主要工具。即时通信系统的变革与发展也促进了电子商务的发展。本文研究分析了当前即时通信技术与电子商务的整合情况,探讨了即时通信在网络营销、企业管理等方面的发展状况、存在不足及应用前景,并提出了相应的对策,以促进即时通信在电子商务领域的应用和发展。
The first generation of IM software was developed in 1996 and it has a rapid development during over 10 years since then. The quantity of users is constantly increasing. To 2011, the video, sound and text will be substituted with IM software that would become the staff's main communication tool. It is expected in 2013 that employees in the world's leading Multinational Corporations will think of the IM software as the main tool of real-time communication exchange. The transformation and development of IM system accelerated the evolution of e-commerce. The integration of e-commerce and IM technology will be researched and analyzed at this article and discuss the development, deficiency and the prospect of appli- cation of IM in Management and Network Marketing area. Some relevant opinions based on this study will be given so that they can promote the IM's application and development in the domain of e-Commerce.
