摘要
肺癌已成为癌症死亡的主要原因,而非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)占所有肺癌病例的80%～90%,严重威胁人类健康。化疗在NSCLC的综合治疗中占有非常重要的地位。近年来,化疗药物的快速发展为NSCLC的治疗带来了新的希望,并且已获得大量大规模有力的循证医学证据。
Lung cancer has become the leading cause of cancer-related death in many countries, among which 80% to 90% are non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Chemotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of NSCLC. Recently, the rapid developments of chemotherapeutic agents which were strongly approved by lots of large scale clinic trails have brought new hope to patients with NSCLC.
