摘要
用体积分数为90%的乙醇结合超声波对苦豆子植物进行提取,分别用氯仿、正丁醇进行萃取提取苦豆子生物碱,以小鼠为试验动物,研究苦豆子生物碱氯仿、正丁醇萃取组分的毒性.通过试验测得苦豆子生物碱氯仿萃取组分的半数致死量为178.89 mg/kg,正丁醇萃取组分的半数致死量为209.06 mg/kg.小鼠内脏器官出血是苦豆子生物碱中毒的主要病理变化,靶器官是肝脏、肾脏和肺脏.
Alkaloids were extracted with chloroform and n-butanol respectively from Sophora alopecuroides treated by 90% ethanol with combination of ultrasound. Toxicities of alkaloids of chloroform and n-butanol extractions were researched by taking mice as test animals. LD50 of chloroform extraction component was 178.89 mg/kg and LD50 of n-butanol extraction component was 209. 06 mg/kg. Bleeding of internal organs of mice was main pathological change of toxication induced by alkaloids from Sophora alopecuroides. The target organs were liver, kidney and lungs.
