摘要
隐孢子虫是一种人兽共患原虫,广泛寄生于多种脊椎动物体内,已被公认为重要的致人类腹泻肠道病原体之一,1986年世界卫生组织(WHO)已将人的隐孢子虫病列为艾爱滋(AIDS)的怀疑指标之一。目前,隐孢子虫有效种已达到18个,基因型40多个。本文主要对隐孢子虫种类鉴定特征,尤其是遗传学特征进行综述。以期提供最新的分类学资料。
Cryptosporidium is a zoonotic protozoan parasite with a wide spectra of vertebrate hosts.It has been generally acknowledged to be one of the most important diarrhea intestinal pathogens in human and cryptosporidiosis was included as a suspected indicator of AIDS in 1986 by the WHO.To date,18 valid Cryptosporidium species and more than 40 genotypes have been described.This article summarizes characterizations of Cryptosporidium species identification and especially its genetic characteristics.
