2008年是国内外经济形势异常复杂、快速多变的一年，也是我国政府宏观调控频度最快、力度最大的一年。由于我国经济发展潜力巨大，只要政策调整适度，经济增长就不会发生深度下调。在此基础上如果能够把握时机，积极推动结构调整和发展方式转变，我国经济将化“危”为“机”，走上更科学的发展道路，迈上新的台阶。

The economic situation in 2008 at home and abroad is very complex and eventful,but also the efforts made by our government macrocontrol's frequency the fastest and biggest.Because of China's economic development potential, as long as the moderate policy adjustment,economic growth will not fall down deeply.On this basis,if we are able to grasp the opportunity to promote the structural adjustment and development patterns actively, China's economy will turn the'crises'to an'opportunity'and embark on a more scientific path of development to a new level.China's economic trends in 2009 depend mainly on two factors: First,the extent of the world economic slowdown,and the other is the macrocontrol policy efforts.And these two now have a larger uncertainty, therefore,it is very difficult to forecast China's economic trends in 2009.
