摘要
针对１９９６年５月３日包头市里氏６４级地震中几幢高底框架砖房结构顶层破坏严重的现象，详细分析了这类结构的破坏机理，并提出了这类结构设计中应注意的问题。
おased on the dramatically damaged upper storey of some masonry buildings with high jacketed frame the destructive mechanism of these buildings are analyzed and the problems which should be taken into account in design are discussed
