摘要
采用混合盐法制备了原位自生TiB2颗粒增强Al-7Si复合材料。扫描电镜观察结果表明,制备的原位TiB2颗粒分布均匀,其最大尺寸在900nm左右,平均尺寸在400nm左右。TiB2颗粒对α-Al和共晶Si都具有显著的细化效果.其复合材料的力学性能和干摩擦磨损性能较其基体有明显的提高。
LSM was employed to fabricate in situ TiB2 particulates reinforced Al -7Si composites. Scanning alloy observation shows that TiB2 particulates are well distributed within the matrix and their average magnitude is about 400 nm in diameter. TiB2 not only acts as a grain refiner for primary α - Al, but also as a modifier of Si in euteetic mixture. The mechanical property and wear resistance of the alloy are significantly improved with the addition of TiB2 particulates.
