浅谈当前中职学校护生的德育工作

当前,随着市场经济的迅猛发展以及改革开放的不断深入,人们的思想观念也是呈现出多元化的趋势。护生受社会的影响有积极的,也有消极的,所以加强护生的德育工作是一项重要课题。本文分析了当前中职学校护生的思想状况,并提出护生的德育工作措施:弘扬传统美德,培育优良作风;多渠道,分层次,寓德育于各项活动之中;因材施教,开展成才素质教育。

With rapid development of the market economy and continuous deepening of reform and opening, the trend of diversified ideas has taken shape. As the nursing students are affected by the society either in a positive or negative way, it is an important subject to strengthen the moral education of nursing students. This paper is to analyze the ideological status of the current nursing students in the middle vocational schools and develop the measures of moral education for nursing students： carrying forward the traditional virtues and developing good behaviors; blending the moral education in activities in a multi-channel ways by layers; carrying on the education for all-round development based on individual differences.
