摘要 目的评价超声在筛检大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴病模型中的应用价值。方法采用经皮肝脏穿刺注射泡状棘球蚴组织混悬液的方法,制备原发性HAE模型,40只Wistar大鼠接种6个月后行B超检查及开腹探查。结果B超检查示21只大鼠感染泡状棘球蚴,19只未感染,感染率52.50%。开腹探查证实B超检查21只阳性中1只未感染,19只未感染中1只为阳性。B超检查的灵敏度为95.24%,特异性为94.74%,假阳性率为4.27%,假阴性率5.27%。结论B超检查诊断大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴感染的灵敏度及特异度均较高,可做为一种无创性筛选大鼠肝泡状棘球蚴感染的方法。 Objective To assess the value of ultrasound as a non-invasive method for identifying the model of hepatic alveolar echinoeoccosis (HAE) in Wistar rats. Methods Forty primary HAE models were set up hy means of percutaneous transhepatic injection of echinococcus multiloculars suspension into the liver of Wistar rats, and the rats were inspected with Bmode ultrasound and laparotomy after six months. Results B-mode ultrasound displayed 21 Wistar rats (52.50%) were in-fected with alveolar echinococcosis, while one of them was proved uninfected by laparotomy. One of 19 uninfected rats detected by B-mode ultrasound was proved infected by laparotomy. The sensitivity, specificity, false positive rate and false negative rate of B-mode ultrasound was 95.24%, 94.74%, 4.27% and 5.2 %, respectively. Conclusion B-mode ultrasound inspection is a suitable non-invasive way to screen the infection of Wistar rats model with HAE.
