氡染毒小鼠肺组织let-7a表达的初步研究

摘要
氡在衰变过程中,产生的氡子体,既有α辐射,也有β和γ辐射,其中α辐射最为重要。氡及子体已成为仅次于吸烟的第二大肺癌相关的环境和职业致癌因子。人类肺癌的10%左右可归因于氡及其子体的辐射。MicroRNA是一类长约18~24nt的非编码RNA分子。MicroRNA普遍存在于生物界,具有高度的保守性,广泛参与细胞分化与发育、细胞凋亡、肿瘤发生等多方面的基因表达调控。
