磁共振弥散加权成像评价局灶性脑缺血大鼠经颅磁刺激后的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)在大鼠局灶性脑缺血经颅磁刺激(TMS)后疗效评估中的价值。方法20只雄性大鼠制成局灶性脑缺血模型,随机分为TMS组和假刺激组行DWI扫描,使用Philips Viewforum工作站软件重建表观弥散系数图,测量病变侧与正常侧的ADC比值,即相对ADC值(rADC)。结果TMS组梗死中心的rADC值明显高于假刺激组(P<0.01),TMS梗死边缘区的rADC值也高于假刺激组边缘区的rADC值(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激能减轻大鼠脑梗死灶的水肿。ADC值是反映脑水肿的敏感指标。 Objective To observe the value of transcranial magnetic stimulation for focal cerebral ischemic injury in rats with diffusion weighted imaging. Methods Rat models of focal cerebral ischemic injury were established in 20 male rats, and were randomly divided into the TMS group and the false stimulation group. ADC was evaluated, and ADC map was reconstructed after scanning, while relative ADC (rADC=lesional side ADC/normal side ADC) value was counted for the evaluation. Results The rADC value extracted from the center of infarction in the TMS group was significantly higher than that in the false stimulation group (P〈0.01), and rADC value extracted from the edge of infarction in the TMS group was also higher than that in the false stimulation group (P〈0.05). Conclusion TMS can reduce the edema around the cerebral in- farction in rats. ADC value is an excellent indicator to reflect the cerebral edema.
