摘要
本文首次报道饲料添加剂渔宝Ⅰ号对大珠母贝人工幼苗在室内饲养的应用效果。实验分4组同时对比进行,人工苗入池时平均壳高为6.61mm,经室内工厂化养殖54d,渔宝Ⅰ号组的贝苗增长率、成活率及壳高都为最高,分别达116.9×10-2,49.8×10-2及14.25mm;平均值分别为97.9×10-2,31.9×10-2及13.08mm。试验结果表明:投喂渔宝Ⅰ号可显著提高贝苗的增长率和成活率,对贝类的工厂化养殖起着重要的营养免疫调补作用,显示出广阔的商业价值。
This paper is the first experimental report about the application of the artificial compound feed, Yubao No.1, to the indoor nursing of the spats of Pinctada maxima(Jameson). The experiment was divided into four groups for comparison of the results. At the beginning the average height of the spats was 6.61mm. After fifty four days indoor industrialized cultivation, the spats increase in growth rate, survival rate and height in Yubao No.1 group was the maximum, being up to 116.9×10 -2 , 49.8×10 -2 and 14.25mm, respectively; their average valuas being 97.9×10 -2 ,31.9×10 -2 and 13.08mm respectively. The results of the experiment have preliminarily shown that feeding with Yubao No.1 can significantly increases the growth rate and the survival rate of the artificial spats, thus providing an important measure for nutritive and immunity regulation of the spats under indoor industrialized cultivation.
