Expression and clinical significance of DKK-1 in osteosarcoma

摘要 目的研究DKK-1在骨肉瘤中的表达情况,探讨其与临床病理及预后的关系。方法S-P免疫组织化学染色法对74例骨肉瘤DKK-1蛋白的表达进行检测,并对其与骨肉瘤临床病理及预后的关系进行统计学分析。结果74例骨肉瘤标本中58例为阳性,总阳性率为78.4%(58/74)。DKK-1的表达在不同年龄、性别、骨肉瘤亚型中无显著性差异。Enneking分期Ⅰ-ⅡA与ⅡB-Ⅲ之间,肿瘤DKK-1表达率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论DKK-1在骨肉瘤组织中有较高比例的表达,并与肿瘤的外科分期密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of DKK-1 in osteosareoma and its relationship to osteosarcoma clinical pathology and prognosis. Methods The expression of DKK-1 protein in 74 osteosarcoma specimens was evaluated by S-P immunohistochemistry, and statistical analysis was performed, Results The positive expression rate of DKK-1 protein in osteosarcoma was 78.4%(58/74). There was a significant difference between the expression of DKK-1 in patients with different age, sex and osteosarcoma subtypes, whilst not in Enneking surgical staging. Its expression rate in enneking surgical stagingⅠ-ⅡA was significantly lower than that in stagingⅡB-Ⅲ (P〈0.05). Conclusions There was a higher level of DKK-1 expression in osteosarcoma tissue, which is closely related to tumor surgical staging.
