改良正态均值质控图在体外受精实验室的应用探讨

目的体外受精实验室的质量评估指标通常用于回顾性的统计分析,无法进行实时监测。体外受精实验室需要建立一种实时的监测手段,及时发现、分析和纠正出现的问题。笔者尝试把临床实验室的主要质量监测工具——质控图引入体外受精实验室。本文就改良正态均值质控图在体外受精实验室的应用进行探讨。

Quality assessment indicators in IVF laboratory are mainly used for retrospective analysis and can't monitor the laboratory work in real time.The real-time observation method should be established in the IVF laboratory in order to timely find,analyze and correct problems.We try to apply the quality control graph-a major monitoring tool in clinic IVF laboratory.The article is to discuss the application of modified normal mean quality-control graph in the IVF laboratory.
