生长激素在体外受精-胚胎移植中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 在体外受精胚胎移植（IVF-ET）助孕治疗中，胚胎的种植成功依赖于胚胎的质量和子宫内膜的容受性。随着人类辅助生殖技术（ART）的进展，控制性超促排卵（COH）、IVF和胚胎培养等方面的改进，胚胎数量、质量已得到优化，故IVF-ET的成功率与子宫内膜容受性的关系变得更为密切。子宫内膜厚度与胚胎着床率及妊娠率密切相关，当子宫内膜厚度〈8mm时，妊娠率很低或无妊娠发生。
